أولاً: سياسة الخصوصية (Privacy Policy)

1.   مقدمة (Introduction): يهتم براند "المسار الرقمي" بحماية خصوصية بيانات مستخدمي أدواتنا البرمجية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع البيانات عند استخدام الأداة المرتبطة بجداول جوجل (Google Sheets).

 Digital Masar brand is committed to protecting the privacy of our software users. This policy explains how data is handled when using our tool integrated with Google Sheets.

2.  البيانات التي نصل إليها وكيفية استخدامها (Data Access & Usage):

• جداول بيانات جوجل (Google Sheets API): تطلب الأداة صلاحية الوصول إلى جداول البيانات الخاصة بك حصرياً لقراءة البيانات التي تحددها لغرض معالجتها، ثم كتابة وتنسيق النتائج النهائية داخل الجدول نفسه. لا تقوم الأداة بحفظ أو تخزين أي من هذه البيانات في قواعد بيانات خارجية تابعة لنا.

The tool requests access to your Google Sheets exclusively to read the data you specify for processing, and then write and format the final results within the sheet itself. The tool does not store or save any of this data on external databases owned by us.

• الاتصال الخارجي (External Requests): تستخدم الأداة صلاحية الاتصال الخارجي لإرسال النصوص التي تختار معالجتها مباشرة وبشكل آمن إلى واجهة برمجة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini API) من جوجل لتوليد المخرجات المطلوبة.

The tool uses external requests to securely send the text you choose to process directly to Google's Gemini API to generate the requested output.

3.  مشاركة البيانات وتخزينها (Data Sharing & Storage): نحن لا نجمع، ولا نبيع، ولا نشارك، ولا نطلع على أي بيانات شخصية أو تجارية تخص المستخدم النهائي. يتم نقل البيانات بشكل مباشر وآمن بين جدول بيانات المستخدم وسيرفرات Google فقط. البيانات تظل ملكاً كاملاً للمستخدم وتحت إدارته.

We do not collect, sell, share, or view any personal or commercial data belonging to the end-user. Data is transferred directly and securely between the user's spreadsheet and Google's servers only. The data remains under the full ownership and control of the user.

قسم خاص بمستخدمي خدمات جوجل (Google API Services User Data Disclosure)

• البيانات التي يتم الوصول إليها (Data Accessed): يطلب تطبيقنا الوصول إلى مساحات العمل الخاصة بـ Google Sheets عبر النطاقات المعتمدة، وذلك لقراءة وكتابة مصفوفات البيانات التسويقية التي يطلبها المستخدم، بالإضافة إلى استخدام خدمة (script.external_request) لإرسال النصوص إلى نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini API).

• استخدام البيانات (Data Usage): يتم استخدام هذه البيانات حصرياً لغرض أتمتة وتوليد خطط المحتوى التسويقي وحشوها في الجداول بناءً على أمر المستخدم المباشر.

• مشاركة البيانات (Data Sharing): نحن لا نبيع، ولا ننشر، ولا نشارك أي بيانات خاصة بمستخدمي جوجل مع أي أطراف ثالثة. البيانات المرسلة إلى Gemini API عبر بروتوكول HTTPS المشفر هي فقط النصوص الإدخالية للمشروع لتوليد الخطة، ولا يتم مشاركة أي بيانات شخصية أو حسابات.

• حفظ وحماية البيانات (Data Storage & Protection): تطبيقنا يعتمد على بيئة سحابية مؤقتة (Ephemeral)، مما يعني أننا لا نخزن أي بيانات للمستخدمين في قواعد بيانات خارجية. البيانات تبقى وتُعالج بالكامل داخل بيئة جوجل الخاصة بالمستخدم.

• الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها (Data Retention & Deletion): بما أننا لا نخزن البيانات، فليس لدينا سجلات للاحتفاظ بها. يمكن للمستخدم إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق وفصل حسابه في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات الأمان الخاصة بحسابه على جوجل (Google Security Settings).

سيخضع استخدام ونقل بيانات المستخدم الأولية أو المشتقة التي يتم الحصول عليها من واجهات برمجة تطبيقات Google Workspace لسياسة بيانات المستخدم الخاصة بخدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.

Google API Services User Data Disclosure

• Data Accessed: Our application requests access to Google Sheets workspaces via authorized scopes. This is strictly to read and write marketing data arrays as requested by the user. Additionally, the application utilizes the script.external_request service to transmit text prompts to the Gemini API.

• Data Usage: This data is used exclusively to automate and generate marketing content plans, populating them directly into the spreadsheets based on the user's explicit commands.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell, publish, or share any Google user data with third parties. The only data transmitted to the Gemini API via encrypted HTTPS protocols is the project's input text required to generate the plan. No personal data or account credentials are ever shared.

• Data Storage & Protection: Our application operates on an ephemeral cloud environment, meaning we do not store any user data on external databases. All data remains and is processed entirely within the user's own Google environment.

• Data Retention & Deletion: Since we do not store any data, we maintain no records or retention logs. Users can revoke the application's permissions and disconnect their accounts at any time through their Google Security Settings.

"The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

ثانياً: شروط الخدمة  (Terms of Service)

1.   قبول الشروط (Acceptance of Terms): باستخدامك لهذه الأداة التابعة لبراند "المسار الرقمي"، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه والاستخدام العادل للأداة بما يتوافق مع سياسات شركة جوجل.

By using this tool provided by "Digital Masar" brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the tool fairly in compliance with Google's policies

2.   الاستخدام المسموح به (Permitted Use): يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية الكاملة عن طبيعة البيانات والمحتوى الذي يتم إدخاله في الجداول ومعالجته عبر الأداة، والتأكد من توافقه مع القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها

The user bears full responsibility for the nature of the data and content entered into the spreadsheets and processed through the tool, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3.   حدود المسؤولية (Limitation of Liability): يتم تقديم هذه الأداة "كما هي" لغرض أتمتة العمل وتسريع المهام التسويقية والبرمجية. براند "المسار الرقمي" غير مسؤول عن أي أخطاء ناتجة عن سوء استخدام الأداة أو أي انقطاع في خدمات Google API الخارجي

This tool is provided "as is" for work automation and accelerating marketing and technical tasks. "Digital Masar" brand is not liable for any errors resulting from misuse of the tool or any interruptions in Google's external API services.
